During his over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, Dan has worked with companies of all sizes, from 30 – 30,000. His go to market expertise was most recently displayed during his 3+ years with Netchemia/PeopleAdmin where he led both the sales and marketing teams for their K12 division. Dan’s passion centers around supporting entrepreneurs in their quest to drive their business to the next level. He found this passion while working at Archer Foundation as the Director of Demand Generation and Sales Operations, helping many small businesses develop their people, processes, and strategies.

Doug Burris, President – Talent Intelligence

Doug has 20+ years in the talent acquisition space throughout the midwest working with small startups of 9 people to multinational corporations employing 35,000 plus.  His passion for supporting early stage companies thru the identification of the ideal talent comes from his experience and collaboration with Dan at Netchemia as well as supporting a variety of growth oriented companies in Kansas City.  Doug has a vast knowledge and network of talent ranging from Software Development to Sales & Marketing and Business Operations including entry level to the C-Suite.

Zach offers marketing automation and sales operations expertise that links demand generation strategy with his content- and product-marketing acumen, informed by nearly a decade working with start-up and hyper-growth technology companies, including RFP360, Veriship, and Netchemia/PeopleAdmin, a Vista Equity Partners-backed edtech company that has since joined PowerSchool.

As a former high school language arts teacher and cross country and track & field coach, Zach remains passionate about making a difference in K-12 education.
